Hello - I’m Nigel Fenlon and I’m responsible for everything that goes on day-to-day within Resilient Foster Care. I have been a Social Worker since 1980 and have worked with young people throughout my career. I have managed two other fostering agencies in South Wales.
If you are interested in fostering with us I will get to know you, and will be working to make things as positive and rewarding for you as they can be.

Hello – I’m Hannah Rogers and will be your Supervising Social Worker. It is my job to support Foster Carers as necessary and at least fortnightly. I have been a Social Worker for over twenty years in South Wales, both in a Local Authority and with Independent Fostering Agencies.
I will always be interested to know how you are getting on and whether you think we could do anything better.
The Wider Team
We have a range of Professionals {such as Social Workers, Therapists, Administrators, Panel Members} that we have built meaningful relationships with over the course of our working lives and we have engaged a number of these to support us and our Foster Carers as necessary.
